Never would I have thought that I could lose so much weight from a patch! The ingredients in this product are powerful! I slap a patch on every morning and im barley hungry all day. On my second week of Phenterpatch I already had to start shopping for new pants, my old ones were getting too loose on me. Its great to find a diet product that really works.
